Good morrow, my fellow readers! It is a lovely Saturday afternoon and I have some exciting news! But first, a little background:
I love to re-read books. It’s a blessing and a curse. For some series, it’s about being in a certain mood that triggers the feeling. For others, I do a re-read before each new installment releases. And in the case of Harry Potter, I was reading every book out to-date before each book and movie release.
Clearly I have no life.
And it hit me that the last few years, I’ve hardly re-read any of my old (and new) favorites. So to remedy this tragedy, I’ll be hosting read-a-thons throughout the rest of the year for a few series. If all goes well and you all want more, perhaps this can become a year-round event!
So how’s all of this going to work?
Each book/series will receive a time period during which I will be (re)reading the book(s) and live-tweeting using a specific hashtag. Anyone is welcome to join whenever and you can start at any time with any of the books. You don’t have to have read the book to join in!
This is all about bringing people together to talk about their favorites. Some reads will be in anticipation of upcoming sequels. Others will be for the love of the book. For a full list of what read-a-thons are currently scheduled, see below.

I’m loving the new layout of your blog! Nice.
Going to join in with TLC! And having not read them before, I’ll be going by the Goodreads/pub. date (essentially Stars Above last). I’m so excited!
Awesome, glad to have you for it! 🙂
What a fun idea! Granted, I’ve only read Six of Crows (though I do own Cinder and plan to get to it eventually….). I will enjoy following along 😀
That’s alright! These are intended for both re-reads and first times through so feel free to jump in whenever! 😀
I LOVE IT. I’ve just ordered An Ember in the Ashes. Question for you- HOW DO I READ ALL OF THE THRONE OF GLASS BOOKS IN A WEEK. And also, is the Lunar Chronicles in chronological order? I was a tad confused….
With lots of coffee ?
And the list is in chronological order with all the stories from the last book STARS ABOVE added in when they occur. That’s the only book that’s all over the place and since FAIREST is a prequel I put it up at the beginning.
So tl;dr they are timeline-wise but not publish-date-wise lol
