Cover ❤️ Last Seen Leaving by Caleb Roehrig

POSTED ON January 2, 2017 BY Tia Jenkins IN Weekly

I am honestly in love with this cover! I love the subtlety of the red while everything else is monochromatic. And the way the title is coming out of the trees just screams mystery novel. It’s what made me want to pick up this book immediately. I hadn’t even known it was an LGBTQ+ book until I did a little more research. The cover had spoken to me and that was that, I needed to read it.

I’m honestly really bad at judging a book by it’s cover. I know we aren’t supposed to do that since books can still be amazing without having an amazing cover, but I’m prone to grabbing the first thing that catches my eye. Synopsis comes second.

The great part about Last Seen Leaving is that is has both an amazing cover and an amazing story. If you haven’t already read this wonderful story, then you definitely need to. It doesn’t get as much love as it should!
